Guarantee & Return Policy
At Pet Pal Gifts, we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@petpalgifts.comwithin 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one). Due to the perishable nature of many items within gift baskets it is important for any issues to be brought to our attention immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be issued to you, the customer. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. All returns are done at customer's expense.
If you are approved for a return, the following must be met:
- Gift must be UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED.
- Gift must be returned at customers shipping method of choice but received within 10 days of original purchase.
- Once gift is received back in our facility, we will determine if the above requirements have been met. Any refund will be issued to you at that time.
- Must include RA# with return.
Returns must be received by us within 10 days of original purchase.

Absolutely no refunds on any packages returned or refused for any reason without prior authorization and RA#.
We not accept returns on gift items received by recipients. If your gift item was damaged during shipment, we will offer a replacement on damaged goods but do not offer a credit to our store. Again, we must be notified within 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one).
